- What race distances are available?

- How is the finish time calculated?
- Finish time equals pace in seconds per km multiplied by the distance in km. The result is shown in h:mm:ss format.
- What is a good running pace for beginners?
- A comfortable beginner pace is around 7:00-8:30 min/km (11:15-13:45 min/mile), which is a brisk walk to a slow jog. The goal for new runners is to maintain a pace where you can hold a conversation without losing breath.
- What pace do I need to run a sub-2-hour half marathon?
- A sub-2:00 half marathon requires a pace of 5:41 per km or 9:09 per mile. Enter 5:41 in the min/km field and select Half Marathon to confirm the exact finish time.
